This role suits proven closers who thrive in high-speed, metrics-driven environments and want unlimited earning potential.Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end closing for assigned warm leadsconduct discovery, present offers, handle objections, and secure enrollment on sales calls.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion, revenue, and activity KPIs (call volume, show rate, close rate).
• Qualify and prioritize prospects quickly; customize pitch to client goals and align program outcomes to buyer needs.
• Update and manage pipeline hygiene in the CRM after every interaction; schedule follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with marketing and lead-gen teams to optimize messaging, call scripts, and handoff processes for higher conversion.
• Maintain professional compliance with sales scripts, pricing policies, and refund/escrow procedures while protecting client relationships.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven track record (typically 25+ years) closing Low Ticket coaching, courses, or services in a remote environment with verifiable results.
• Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skillscomfortable on phone/video sales calls.
• CRM experience (HubSpot,Pipedrive, orSalesforce) and disciplined pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with commission-only compensation and performance-based payouts.
• Reliable remote-work setup: stable internet, quiet workspace, webcam, and headset.
  

Preferred

• Experience selling online programs, masterminds, or subscription-based coaching; familiarity with Facebook/Google lead funnels.
• Background in consultative selling, scripted/demo-driven conversations, or role-specific sales training/certification.
