As a Sales Closer at Metafyne, you will play a crucial role in our real estate digital marketing and lead generation services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads, comprehend client requirements, and successfully secure high-value deals. Your communication and negotiation skills will be essential in effectively closing deals through phone conversations or virtual meetings. An understanding of marketing concepts, particularly digital marketing, will prove beneficial in this role. The compensation structure for this position is as follows: - For the initial 2 months, the role will be commission-based only. - You will earn a competitive 10% commission on each successful deal, considering the high average ticket size. - After the first 2 months, you will transition to a fixed salary along with incentives based on performance.
