Responsibilities â¢â â Conduct research to identify potential leads in target markets â¢â â Utilize various methods, including cold calling and online outreach, to gather lead information â¢â â Engage with prospects over the phone or through messaging platforms to obtain contact details â¢â â Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective leads â¢â â Collaborate with the appointment team to pass on qualified leads â¢â â Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets â¢â â Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement strategies Requirements â¢â â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills â¢â â Proficiency in using online platforms and messaging tools for prospecting â¢â â Ability to handle objections and resistance from prospects â¢â â Strong organizational and time-management skills â¢â â Familiarity with lead generation techniques and best practices â¢â â Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Scope â¢â â Prospecting and lead generation activities â¢â â Initial outreach and engagement with potential leads â¢â â Qualifying and prioritizing leads for Closing. â¢â â Eventually required to do the closing as well. â¢â â Maintaining and updating lead databases â¢â â Collaborating with the marketing and leasing teams â¢â â Assisting the Leasing and management team.
