Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Conduct research to identify potential leads in target markets •⁠ ⁠Utilize various methods, including cold calling and online outreach, to gather lead information •⁠ ⁠Engage with prospects over the phone or through messaging platforms to obtain contact details •⁠ ⁠Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective leads •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the appointment team to pass on qualified leads •⁠ ⁠Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets •⁠ ⁠Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement strategies Requirements •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in using online platforms and messaging tools for prospecting •⁠ ⁠Ability to handle objections and resistance from prospects •⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time-management skills •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with lead generation techniques and best practices •⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Scope •⁠ ⁠Prospecting and lead generation activities •⁠ ⁠Initial outreach and engagement with potential leads •⁠ ⁠Qualifying and prioritizing leads for Closing. •⁠ ⁠Eventually required to do the closing as well. •⁠ ⁠Maintaining and updating lead databases •⁠ ⁠Collaborating with the marketing and leasing teams •⁠ ⁠Assisting the Leasing and management team.
