Greetings!!!

HVAC Sales Engineer is

responsible for selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and services to customers

. They need to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, prepare sales proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals. They also work with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities:

This involves finding potential clients and building relationships with them.

Provide technical expertise:

Explain the features and benefits of different HVAC systems to customers, helping them choose the right solution.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations:

Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Prepare sales proposals and quotations:

Create comprehensive proposals that outline the proposed solution, cost, and benefits.

Negotiate contracts:

Work with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements on pricing and terms.

Collaborate with internal teams:

Work with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Meet sales targets:

Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues:

Provide support to customers after the sale, addressing any technical issues that may arise.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends:

Keep informed about the latest technologies and advancements in the HVAC industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems: Knowledge of HVAC principles, components, and applications is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey technical information.

Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve technical issues and customer concerns.

Negotiation skills: The ability to negotiate contracts and reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales skills: The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and close sales.

Technical background: A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is often preferred.

Experience in HVAC sales is highly desirable: Prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
