Sales & Career Counsellor

Job Description: As a Sales Counsellor & Tele caller for a makeup academy, your role will involve calling potential clients, counseling them on beauty and makeup courses, answering inquiries, scheduling consultations, and following up with prospective students. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions, participating in marketing activities, and supporting administrative tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: - Calling potential clients and providing counseling on beauty and makeup courses - Answering inquiries and scheduling appointments for consultations - Following up with prospective students - Maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions - Participating in marketing activities - Supporting other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills - Experience in telemarketing, customer service, and sales - Ability to manage customer inquiries and handle various administrative duties - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Experience in the beauty and makeup industry is a plus - Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality Please note that relevant work experience is also preferred for this role.,
