Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and connect with potential clients, including government agencies and enterprises, via personal visits, calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Develop strategies to engage government departments and build long-term partnerships. Client Engagement & Sales Initiate conversations, understand client needs, and present tailored IT/ITeS solutions. Schedule meetings, conduct product demos, and handle objections effectively. Develop proposals aligned with government procurement guidelines and negotiate contracts. Deal Closure & Onboarding Finalize agreements, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Work with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution. Relationship Management & Retention Build strong relationships with government officials and key decision-makers. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within government projects. Gather feedback to enhance services and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or government project dealings. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with government procurement processes (e-tenders, RFPs, etc.) is a plus. CRM and sales automation experience preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
