Role Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Sitetracker, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales leads for the sales pipeline across North America. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company, working closely with sales leaders, account executives, and other revenue-focused teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls and send outbound emails to create interest in Sitetracker products and generate leads for the sales team. - Work comfortably in US time zones. - Utilize your 5-6 years of experience as a Business Development Representative targeting the US to excel in lead generation and sales development. - Demonstrate a history of successful lead generation and sales development. - Exhibit self-starting qualities and a proven track record of success and tenacity. - Possess excellent communication, qualification, and objection-handling skills. - Maintain a positive and energetic phone presence, along with strong listening and written communication skills. - Collaborate effectively within a team and showcase genuine passion for software and technology. - Showcase innate hunger, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Business Development Representative targeting the US. - Strong history of successful lead generation or sales development. - Excellent communication, qualification, and objection-handling skills. - Positive and energetic phone presence, along with strong listening and written communication skills. - Passion for software and technology, along with self-motivation and strong work ethic.
