As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, providing training to sales teams, and implementing sales management strategies. Your primary focus will be on targeted geographies including North Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Telengana, Andra Pradesh, and Maharastra. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with a proven track record in sales and sales management. Experience in training sales teams, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet targets are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, while experience in the Medical device industry or Dental Implants Industry would be advantageous. Daily tasks will include attending client meetings, conducting market research, developing sales proposals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
