Job Description

IntEssence Solutions is currently seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving sales efforts, providing training to sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies. As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be required to attend client meetings, conduct market research, create sales proposals, and collaborate with various departments to ensure business objectives are met. The position will be based on-site in targeted geographies including North Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Telengana, Andra Pradesh, and Maharastra. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and customer service skills, have a proven track record in sales and sales management, experience in training sales teams, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively and achieve set targets. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and prior experience in the Medical device industry or Dental Implants Industry would be advantageous.,
