Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieving the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of construction equipment vehicles (Skid Steer Loaders) across the dealer territory
  • Developing the market and generating prospects by conducting marketing activities and personal relationship with customers
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with concerned stakeholders customers, financiers, dealership team and JCB India Ltd.
  • Organizing financing support for customers in collaboration with financiers
  • Maintaining updated customer database
  • Recording daily activities, customer visits and prospects in JCB Salesmaster app
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from prospect generation upto machine delivery and installation

SKILLS

  • Good communication, well-versed in using apps, whatsapp, sending emails and basic skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
