Job Description:

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Backend Coordinator to support our growing sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure seamless execution of backend sales tasks, inter-team coordination, and timely delivery of critical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Inter-Team Coordination

- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between various teams

- Send out documents, budgets, proposals, etc. on time

- Regularly update and share documentation statuses with the sales front-end team

- Ensure timely approvals within the team

CRM & Sales Tools

- Maintain and update Sales Dashboard & CRM

- Record and update all sales activities, documents, and partner interactions

- Monitor and follow up on budget and proposal approvals

Sales Documentation & Management

- Send out all documents on time

- Maintain records of all sales-related documents

Ideal Candidate:

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Proactive and efficient in managing documentation and workflows

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
