Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development professional based in Gurgaon, you will utilize your 10+ years of experience to acquire strategic clients and drive sustainable revenue growth for Tata Technologies India. Your primary responsibility will be to significantly increase quarterly and annual revenues within your designated territory. Your role will involve a balance of hunting and farming activities. You will focus on generating new leads, nurturing relationships, positioning TTL as a preferred vendor, and securing initial contracts with new OEMs, Tier-1s, and Tier-2s in the Automotive sector. In addition to acquiring new clients, you will also be expected to conduct a detailed analysis of existing TTL accounts. This assessment will involve identifying opportunities for further revenue growth and implementing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Overall, your success in this position will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall business development goals of Tata Technologies India.,
