Sales Attendant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant, located in Indore. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, processing transactions, maintaining the Transaction Records & Proper MIS, and ensuring the Transactions are settled correctly. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, promoting services offered by the organization. The Sales Attendant will also work closely with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Sales, Persuasion, and Negotiation skills
• Attention to Detail, Organizational, and Time Management skills
• Basic Computer literacy and familiarity with Excel, Web based applications & Email
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
• Previous experience is a plus
