Role Description

The Sales Attendant will actively engage with customers to provide them with information about Benow's products and services, ensuring a smooth payment experience. Key responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the sales process, addressing queries, and demonstrating product features. The Sales Attendant will also collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and contribute to achieving sales goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about digital payment solutions and the BNPL ecosystem.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
