Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  Assist customers in selecting eyewear, understanding their needs, and offering personalized advice. Maintain a professional yet friendly relationship with all customers.

• Product Knowledge:

  Develop a strong understanding of Lenskarts product offerings (glasses, lenses, accessories) and use this knowledge to suggest the right options to customers.

• Sales Target:

  Achieve individual and store sales targets. Understand customer preferences and encourage them to purchase appropriate products.

• Customer Experience:

  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service from greeting customers to post-purchase follow-ups. Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Store Operations:

  Maintain the store's cleanliness, ensure product displays are neat and organized, and assist with stock management. Regularly check inventory and assist with replenishment as needed.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work effectively with your colleagues and report to the Store Manager. Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Upselling & Cross-Selling:

  Proactively offer additional products (e.g., lens cleaning solutions, frames, etc.) to customers based on their needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience:

  Prior retail experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert language(s)].

  A passion for helping customers and a drive to provide them with an outstanding experience.
