Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing sales activities, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth. This includes identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, providing information and assistance on real estate and mortgage products, and closing sales deals. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with other teams to ensure clients receive optimal service throughout their real estate journey.

• Sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
