Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms.
• Assess clients needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Handle negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and transparent dealings.
• Display and market real properties to prospective buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Stay knowledgeable about real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Job Specification

• Minimum Graduate qualification.
• 6+ months of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
