Candidates must be comfortable working in UK shift timings and handling interactions with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation for services in the UK market. Provide assistance to customers while maintaining professionalism and compliance. Document interactions and maintain accurate records. Ensure adherence to UK regulations and company policies. Meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining high customer service standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduation (Any discipline). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (mandatory). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle sensitive discussions professionally.
