Job Title: Sales Associate – International Process

Shift Timings: Flexible within UK shift hours ( Drop facility available)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills to join our UK Assistance (Voice) team. The role involves developing the interest of customers and generating leads, requiring strong convincing, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be comfortable working in UK shift timings and handling interactions with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation for services in the UK market.

• Provide assistance to customers while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure adherence to UK regulations and company policies.

• Meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation (Any discipline).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive discussions professionally.

• Comfortable working in UK shift timings.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
