Sales & Marketing (Specialist Cold Calling / Inside Sales)
Responsible for initiating & driving existing customer to premium services / upgrade.Responsible for identifying the gaps in customers' business operations & leverage them to drive revenue.Coordinating with Inventory Management team to address customers' challenges.Handling customers' inquiries & concern; encourage them for service upgrades.Providing product demos about service upgrades.Conduct surveys & take feedbacks from existing customers and bridge the gaps by promoting services upgrade.Exceptional with communication (Eng, Hindi & Telugu) verbal & written.Proficient using all Microsoft Tools (Office - Excel, Word, PPT; Outlook, Teams etc.Product Knowledge & Customer Management.
