Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for publicity, promotional, and branding solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve sales targets by presenting customised solutions to meet client needs.

  • Translate persuasive communication into measurable business results for both clients and the company.
  • Sponsorship and Partnership

  • Identify companies that are potential sponsors or partners for our associate activity Verbattle

    , which organises large-scale educational and competitive initiatives.
  • Develop brand associations in the form of financial support or in-kind contributions.
  • Creative Solution Development

  • Propose collaborations and sponsorships for TV House Networks digital channels and social impact initiatives.

  • Market Research & Prospecting

  • Study industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Regularly update and expand the client database.
  • Presentation & Negotiation

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
  • Support for Social Impact Initiatives

  • Promote and secure partnerships for TV House Networks social impact campaigns.

  • Align sales activities with the organisations mission-driven goals.
  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Report progress, challenges, and market insights to the management team regularly.
  • Continuous Learning & Self-Improvement

  • Stay updated on communication, negotiation, and digital marketing trends.

  • Enhance personal persuasion and sales skills through consistent practice and feedback.

Qualifications

We are looking for graduates who are not from data science or tech-specific streams. A preferred background would be in humanities or business education.

Candidates who have not completed their graduation but possess a strong passion for selling are also encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent communication skills

    , with near-professional proficiency in English, are preferred.
  • Conversational Kannada

Compensation

  • Salary:

    ?30,000 per month
  • Incentives:

    Performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary
  • Target:

    Minimum business requirement of ?2,00,000 per month to qualify for the fixed salary of ?30,000
