Sales Associate- Trainee International

We are looking for ambitious college graduates to join our dynamic software sales team as Software Sales Trainee for our global customer base across regions. You will play a key role in growing our company by converting leads provided by the company into sales for our innovative software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your sales career, gaining hands-on experience with the latest technologies in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include converting provided leads into sales to meet targets and boost revenue, researching the market to understand customer needs and industry trends, giving persuasive sales presentations and demos, working closely with the sales team and other departments to create tailored proposals for clients, managing customer relationships using CRM software, negotiating and closing sales deals, building strong relationships with clients, staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, and attending sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your sales skills. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, motivation, target-driven mindset, adaptability, excitement about technology, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency in Google Suite, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required. If eligible for Remote Working, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere for specified regions only (Kashmir & Union Territory of Ladakh).
