Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our paint dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right paint products, provide expert advice on color finishes, maintain store cleanliness, and help achieve sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge of paint products, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate paint products, tools, and accessories. Generating new sales lead by actively visiting market and calling.
