Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Proficiency in sales techniques and achieving sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the ed-tech industry is a plus
