Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, organizing site visits, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 5 years or more as a Real Estate Salesperson or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales, client engagement, and lead conversion
  • Ability to conduct customer needs analysis and present solutions effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage clients and meet sales goals
