Role Overview :

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to promote and expand CuroNext services in housing societies and gated communities. The candidate will engage with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), facility managers, and developers to pitch and onboard them onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach residential societies, RWAs, and facility management service providers.

2. Conduct product demonstrations highlighting security, digital payments, complaint management, and community engagement features.

3. Generate leads through site visits, community events, and networking.

4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with society committees.

5. Collaborate with technical teams for product implementation support.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets. Skills & Competencies

7. Strong communication and presentation skills.

8. Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with committees and facility managers.

9. Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or aviation industry with exposure to guest relations, service excellence, and customer engagement.

10. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling field sales.

11. Comfortable with digital tools, CRM, and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in hospitality, aviation, or customer service industries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,083.11 - ₹30,000.00 per month
