Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Field

Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging

directly with clients in the field to promote our products/services, build

relationships, and drive sales growth. Your ability to identify customer

needs and provide effective solutions will be essential for success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through

Generating Leads, Identify and approach potential customers

through field visits, referrals and networking.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase

products/services to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to

ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored

solutions to meet their needs.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key

performance indicators.

• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and

challenges within the market.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales

techniques through ongoing training and development.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Should have good communication skills for interacting with clients and

customers

Fluency in English & Tamil is Mandatory Hindi (Optional). Extra

known language is an added advanatage.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in a field sales role within Construction and in the the area of UPVC or Aluminium Doors and Windows
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
