Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Lucknow. The Sales Associate will be responsible for daily interactions with potential clients either through associates or walk in understanding their needs, and providing suitable option as per requirement. Tasks will include property presentations, negotiations, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales events and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Lucknow is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
