As a Sales Associate based in Simdega, your primary responsibility will be to promote Mindora's educational programs by engaging with potential customers and establishing strong relationships. Your daily tasks will involve interacting with parents and students, conducting product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess sales skills and customer relationship management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer service orientation and the ability to understand customer needs. A basic understanding of educational programs and the capability to explain their benefits will be beneficial. Being detail-oriented, meeting sales targets and deadlines, working independently or as part of a team, and having previous experience in the education or edtech sector are advantageous.
