Partner Enablement: Provide training, marketing materials, technical assistance, and support to partners to ensure they can sell effectively. Performance Monitoring: Track partner sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for improvement. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, technical) to ensure seamless execution and support for channel initiatives.
