Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located at our Kochi branch. The primary responsibilities include assisting prospective students with enrollment inquiries, providing information about the academy's courses and services, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will also establish and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct consultative sales calls, and support marketing initiatives to increase client engagement. Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the academy through excellent communication and service will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and guide prospective students
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, data entry, and record management
• Self-motivated, with problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in education or training services, while not mandatory, is highly beneficial
• Flexibility to adapt to on-site role needs and a proactive mindset focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
