Sales Associate- Telangana

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include driving a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring excellent service, greeting and assisting all walk-in customers, encouraging them to avail the free eye check-up, supporting with stocktaking, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding high visual merchandising standards. You will operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to ensure accurate and quick billing, as well as address and resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for understanding customer preferences to recommend suitable eyewear, identifying unstated needs by asking the right questions, and providing tailored solutions at the right time. Achieving assigned targets related to sales, eye-test conversions, and returns, as well as following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently, will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also need to coordinate with customers for product pickup post-sale and handle returns effectively to reduce return rates. In terms of store upkeep and maintenance, you will ensure the store is always clean, organized, and aligned with Lenskart standards. It will also be your responsibility to safeguard store inventory and equipment, reporting any shortages or damages promptly. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum qualification of ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, or be a graduate (Freshers or Experienced eligible). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment are essential. Being customer-focused with a proactive and result-driven approach, capable of multitasking, and managing priorities effectively are key competencies required for this position.,
