Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the primary touchpoint for our customers. You will guide visitors through their eye testing process, suggest stylish frames using our in-store tech, cross-sell advanced optical lenses, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers, understand their visual and fashion needs, and help them select frames, sunglasses, and custom lenses.
• Target Achievement: Drive store growth by achieving individual sales targets, high conversion rates, and cross-selling premium products.
• In-Store Tech & Demos: Demonstrate frame options using tablet-based 3D styling tools and guide customers through lens features (anti-glare, blue-light protection, progressive lenses).
• Order Processing & Support: Assist the in-store Optometrist with eye-test coordination, measure Pupillary Distance (PD), process billing on POS systems, and update order statuses.
• Store Management: Maintain high standards of store hygiene, visual merchandising display, and daily inventory control.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass (HSC / Senior Secondary): MUST have prior experience in sales
• Graduates: Freshers are eligible to apply.

• Essential Skills

  :
• Active communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets or selling products in retail settings.
• Basic computer and tablet literacy (for handling POS systems and inventory).
• Ability to work retail shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
