Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyeglasses, sunglasses, and other eyewear products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support billing, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with store team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and store operating procedures.
