Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Unnao. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing information about Ayurvedic products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, handling inventory, and promoting the benefits of Ayurveda. The Sales Associate will also be involved in creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting in any other tasks as directed by the management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of Ayurveda and Herbal Products
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and point of sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English
