Job Duties

Connect with Retailers, Workshops and Mechanics to introduce, promote company brand and products.
Collect market feedback on competition

Generate Sales by converting customers to buy company brand.

Execute field promotion Campaigns
Handle service-related customer complaints at dealerships or service centres. Provide first-level technical support and issue resolution.
Validate warranty claims and assist in processing as per company policy. Document and analyse warranty failures for root cause.

Coordinate with parts distributors and logistics for timely availability. Support forecasting and ordering of critical components.

Collect customer and dealer feedback. Prepare reports on market coverage, Sales generation and competition activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified - Diploma/B. Tech / Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation.
Good communication skill
Final-year B. Tech / Diploma / Graduation any field students (about to complete)
No previous backlogs.

Required skill set

Self-Motivated, multitasking & sense of ownership
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Should own and be able to drive two-wheeler
