Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Associate to promote and sell stays at our partner properties. Your role will involve handling inquiries from potential customers, explaining stay options, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads interested in booking stays at our partnered hotels, villas, or homestays. Understand customer preferences (location, group size, budget, etc.) and recommend suitable properties. Clearly explain property features, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with property partners to confirm details and address special requests. Maintain lead and booking records on CRM or Excel. Meet monthly booking and revenue targets. Requirements: Prior experience in hotel sales or telecalling (minimum 6 months preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and close sales over the phone. Basic knowledge of Indian travel destinations and accommodation types. Proficiency in Hindi and English.
