Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable property options. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, managing client relationships, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. The Sales Associate will also work closely with the marketing team to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
Fluency in English and local languages
