Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is neat and organized.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team and report daily activities and sales metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
