Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions that create value. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present and explain our IT services (web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Track sales activities, maintain records, and prepare basic performance reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities for business development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and engaging with clients.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of IT services or digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred but not required).
• Freshers with strong motivation and eagerness to grow in sales are encouraged to apply.
