As a Sales Executive (Inbound Sales) at PincodeKart, you will play a vital role in the growth of our rapidly expanding e-commerce startup situated in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Your primary focus will involve managing inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into successful sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Notably, this role is entirely centered on inbound sales activities and does not require any fieldwork. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound sales inquiries and converting leads into successful sales - Ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for customers - Building and managing a dedicated sales team - Regularly following up with potential customers - Working towards and achieving sales targets to contribute to overall business growth - Coordinating effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and enhance customer satisfaction To thrive in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be driven by goals, and be comfortable working towards targets. While previous sales experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is necessary for this position.
