Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Dhanbad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining insurance products and services, and assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance policies. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also provide customer support and follow up on policy renewals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation experience
• Knowledge of insurance products and the life insurance industry
• Customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
