Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Dhanbad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting insurance products, and closing sales. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, explaining policy features and benefits, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Customer service and relationship management skills
Proficiency in using sales and customer management software
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Dhanbad
