Role: Creative Tech Associate (Paid Internship) Duration: 2 months Stipend: ₹5000/pm About the Role: Are you a creative all-rounder with strong design and video editing skills plus a basic understanding of coding? Do you want to work closely with a startup and learn what it really takes to build a brand from the ground up? Qatalyst is looking for a full-time Creative Tech Associate (Intern) to support our digital presence across social platforms and internal growth operations. Graduates only. What You’ll Do: • Design engaging content for social media: status posts, carousels, stories • Edit and create short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) • Collaborate on content scripting, visual storytelling, and publishing • Assist with internal video requirements. • Use your coding knowledge to support basic technical tasks. • Work closely with the core team to learn the behind-the-scenes of building a startup • Be a flexible, dependable contributor to day-to-day company operations What We’re Looking For: • A recent graduate with design + video editing + basic coding abilities • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Photoshop • Experience with editing Reels/Shorts and basic motion graphics • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment • Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain: • Real-world experience working directly with a founder-led startup • Opportunities to contribute to strategy, campaigns, and creative decisions • If performance aligns, a chance to convert to a full-time role with Qatalyst after 2 months Please Note: This is a full-time role.
