About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Store Executives to manage the daily operations of food outlets. The role involves ensuring smooth store functioning, maintaining quality standards, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service while managing and motivating the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the food outlet.
• Ensure smooth store functioning and compliance with quality standards.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
• Manage and guide store staff for efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks industry
• Experience in outlet/store management and sales handling preferred

Skills Required:

• Team management & leadership
• Sales and customer service orientation
• Inventory and operations management
• Strong communication & problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 CTC per month (Depend Upon the Interview)
• 6 days working | 1 weekly off
