Job Description

About Us:

We are a growing technology company specializing in outdoor advertising, AI planning, and supply chain solutions. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and help us grow faster.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Head with day-to-day sales activities
Research potential clients and update CRM systems
Make outbound calls (cold calling) to potential customers to introduce company services and generate leads
Handle email campaigns, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain client relationships and handle queries efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Communication & interpersonal skills (must be comfortable with cold calling)
Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
