Location: Noida Sec-8 Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Compensation: * Fixed Monthly Salary * Target-Based Incentives (Attractive performance bonuses upon achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals) Job Overview: Clan India Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with a consultative sales approach, focused on both B2B and direct consumer engagement. This is not a typical call center job. Instead, it involves understanding client needs (via IndiaMART, inbound inquiries, and existing clients), building relationships, and offering product solutions tailored to their requirements. The right candidate will have the freedom to interact with clients via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or any other preferred mode of communication, with an aim to generate sales and build long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with B2B leads such as retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and healthcare professionals. * Reach out to new inquiries received via IndiaMART or other platforms, and understand their requirements. * Share relevant product information and solutions via WhatsApp, email, or calls—whichever suits the client. * Educate clients about the benefits, usage, and application of our support garment products. * Close sales and ensure timely follow-up to maintain customer interest and satisfaction. * Maintain lead records and communication history using CRM tools. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with support from the internal team. * Coordinate with the dispatch/inventory team to ensure smooth order delivery. * Provide excellent post-sales service and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements: * 1–3 years of sales/telesales experience in garments, healthcare, or B2B products. * Experience with both B2B clients and direct consumer sales. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English. * Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and other tools to close deals—flexibility is key. * Self-motivated and target-driven, with a consultative sales mindset. * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
