Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Master located in Noida. The Pattern Master will be responsible for creating garment patterns based on design specifications, ensuring accurate sizing and fit, and making necessary adjustments. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, grading, and making alterations to patterns, collaborating with designers and production teams, and maintaining records of pattern data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pattern making, including drafting, grading, and alterations
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior
• Ability to collaborate with designers and production teams
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements
• Experience with pattern making software is beneficial
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Relevant experience in the garment industry is a plus
