Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator / Tele Calling

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status. You will be required to follow up with clients on pending orders, maintain records of sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in arranging meetings with customers and support marketing and lead generation efforts when necessary.
