Key Responsibilities

follow up with warm leads generated from live workshops
pitch relevant paid programs based on participants’ interests
explain program features, pricing, and outcomes in simple terms
maintain daily call logs and lead status updates
achieve monthly sales targets
coordinate with the team for onboarding converted leads
provide basic post-sale support where needed

Requirements

good communication skills (English + Hindi)
confident on calls, comfortable speaking to new people
strong persuasion skills
basic understanding of sales funnels (training will be provided)
ability to work with simple CRM/Excel/WhatsApp follow-ups
target-driven mindset
